SHIPPING POLICY – INDIA ORDERS

Processing Time: 100% of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) during regular seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at +91 9912736969 or emailing info@arkaemart.com.

Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons such as incorrect address or absent receiver, or if the customer refuses to collect the package, it will be returned to Arka Emart Private Limited at the customer’s expense. This includes shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Our Carriers: We use reputable carriers such as Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER: You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and contact us on the day of delivery.

BANK HOLIDAYS: Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

Note: The shipping policy is applicable only to orders within India.
